Jordan T. Davis

Jordan T. Davis received her JD from the University of Georgia in 2016 and her BA in Political Science from Georgia State University. During law school, she attended a study abroad program at the prestigious Oxford University, where she studied international civil litigation and environmental law. Jordan’s first exposure to the rewarding practice of representing injured persons and victims of crime came while working in the UGA Family Violence Clinic, where she compassionately and successfully represented women and children who suffered domestic violence.

Jordan was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2016 and the Georgia Bar in 2017. Upon returning to Georgia, she worked for a prominent personal injury firm where she honed her skills litigating cases involving motor vehicle collisions, commercial truck collisions, dog bites, premises liability, violent crimes, and professional malpractice.

She is currently admitted to the Supreme Court of Colorado, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

During her employment at her former firm, Jordan was introduced to and worked closely with her mentor, the late Bruce F. Morriss, and his law partner, Daniel Shim, on a heavily litigated wrongful repossession case. This case became what Jordan and Dan would later recognize as their “audition” for the partnership of Morriss | Shim | Davis, formed in March 2019.

When she’s not at the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spoiling her pets, and traveling.
