Truck Accidents

Truck accident cases are more detailed and complex than car accident cases.  It is not uncommon for trucking companies in cases resulting in severe bodily injury or death to send internal risk management teams directly to accident sites while the police are still investigating, simply to seize control of evidence and the narrative of how a wreck may have happened in way that often puts injured clients or their bereaved family members at a severe disadvantage.

Fortunately there are rules, beyond those that apply to driving a car, that apply both to large truck operators and to trucks used in interstate commerce, as well as rules that pertain to the preservation of evidence in a crash.  Knowing these rules and how they work have allowed us to negotiate several multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of bereaved family member clients.
